How booking works
- Call MediPath to request a trip date, time, pickup, and destination.
- Share passenger needs (ambulatory, wheelchair ask, companion, oxygen notes if relevant).
- Confirm the appointment window so pickup timing fits the care schedule.
- Receive a clear yes/no and timing once availability is checked.
Scheduling is by phone. Trips run seven days where staffing allows. Same-day requests may be possible but are not promised.
